Step 1 - The Left and Right lobes are embroidered separately. Take a Straight stitch at the top of both Lobes (Figure 1).
The length of this stitch depends on the size of each lobe. Usually a 1/4" to an 1/8th" is large enough. Always err on the side of a smaller stitch than a larger.
Step 2 - Needle up at the bottom point of the heart A (Figure 2 or 4).
Step 3 - Bring thread under the Straight stitch (Figure 2 or 4).
Step 4 - Continue up until the lobe is completely covered with stitches. (Figure 3 or 4).
